Few in Arkansas have heard of the 1919 Elaine Massacre, murdering hundreds of black men, women and children until recently. The symposium features the new documentary "We Have Just Begun", keynote address by the Honorable Wendell Griffen, and powerful stories by the descendants of the massacre.
